Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at our contact page with your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened consumable products (tinctures, coffee)
- Items marked as final sale
