Orders & Shipping

Order questions, tracking, changes, and returns. Include your order number and we'll move faster. Orders can usually be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed; after that they've likely entered fulfillment.

Returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Where We Ship

We ship across the United States, with free standard shipping on US orders over $50. We also ship to select countries internationally — rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
