Orders & Shipping

Order questions, tracking, changes, and returns. Include your order number and we'll move faster. To change or cancel an order, email us within 1 hour of placing it; after that it's already with our fulfillment team and can't be stopped. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before they ship.

Returns

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Where We Ship

United States: the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more; orders under $50 ship at a flat $8 rate. Express shipping starts at $15 and is priced by order weight. The $50 threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discount code is applied. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

International: Canada, Australia and New Zealand, from $25. International orders ship duties unpaid — any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.
