About Our Products

What mushrooms do you use?

Depending on the formula: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Maitake, Shiitake and other functional species. Each product page lists the species, ingredients and amounts in that specific formula.

Do you use fruiting bodies or mycelium?

It depends on the formula, and we don't think one is universally better than the other. Our Fermented Mushroom Blend is built on mycelial biomass by design — that's what the fermentation process works on. Other products vary. Rather than make a blanket claim, we list exactly what's in each formula on its product page and label, which is the authoritative source.

How should I choose between products?

Start with format. Capsules if you want it over in two seconds, gummies or strips if you won't swallow a capsule, powder if you're already making coffee or a smoothie, drops if you want to control the amount. The Shroom Starter Pack covers morning, daytime and evening in one box if you'd rather not choose.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard shipping on US orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $8 rate. Express shipping starts at $15 and is priced by order weight. The $50 threshold is calculated on your order subtotal after any discount code is applied, so a discounted cart needs to land at $50 or more to qualify.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After that, Standard US delivery takes 2–4 business days (5–9 business days total) and Express takes 1–3 (4–8 total). Express speeds up delivery, not processing. International orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days including processing; customs can add time.

Where do you ship?

Within the US, we ship to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C. We can't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Rates start at $25 and are shown at checkout. International orders ship duties unpaid: any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are paid by you on delivery and aren't included in your order total. More countries will follow.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we can change or cancel it. After that, your order is already with our fulfillment team and can't be changed or stopped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Opened consumables aren't eligible for return. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge. International orders aren't eligible for returns, but damaged or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.

How do I start a return?

Use the Contact page. Include your order number and the reason for return, and we'll send instructions within one business day.

Quality & Safety

Are your products FDA approved?

No, and no dietary supplement is. Dietary supplements are not subject to FDA pre-market approval. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Are your products safe to take daily?

Our formulas are intended for daily use as directed on the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before use. Keep out of reach of children.

Do your products contain allergens?

Allergen information is listed on each product's label and product page. Check the individual product page for the formula you're considering.

One Order, One Tree

How does the tree-planting pledge work?

We partner with One Tree Planted, a 501(c)(3) reforestation nonprofit, and contribute on behalf of orders placed with us. Trees are planted through their reforestation projects. One Tree Planted publishes project updates and impact reports on their own site.
