Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at our contact page.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund โ your choice.
Consumable Products
Due to the nature of tinctures and functional coffee, opened consumable products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
